「Very nice place will definitely book again」

「The villa was great & met our needs! There are no better view’s available!! There was 9 of us in total & everyone had their own space! The owner (Dylan) attended the villa & gave us a run down of the property, the Do’s & Dont’s in Thailand & introduced us to the groundskeepers (who live onsite in their own quarters). Dylan is well connected to the area & provided us with great advice regarding where to eat & which attractions to attend! The villa comes with a moped & the groundskeepers are there...

「Pros: Stunning view. You can see the bay and the town from a distance from all of the room and the roof top. Roof top have lots of space incase you want to dry your laundry. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Both of the bedroom have their own bathroom. Peaceful and quite neighborhood. Cons: Location, it is a bit far from town of Patong. It costs roughly 3000 - 4000 bahts to travel to town. It is also far from any beach. There is no direct way to get to the beach and it is not walkable...

「5泊6日で利用しました。空港の送迎から諸々の連絡もとても素早く安心したやり取りをしてくださりとてもよかったです。施設もとても広く、きちんと掃除してあり過ごしやすかったです。自宅のような安心感もありとてものんびり仲間とゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました^ ^ 少し市街からは離れてますがその分、騒がしくなく、セキュリティもしっかりしてくれているので とてもオススメの宿でした。ホーム担当の方が常に迅速に行動して気遣いをしてくださりとても感謝しております。またお会いできるようにここを訪れたいと思います。」

「This property is sprawling— there was more then enough space to feel comfortable in living areas and private rooms. It was overwhelming, quite honestly. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We were beyond impressed. The host is phenomenal. We are forever grateful to him for making our family feel so welcomed and cared for during their first trip to Thailand. He went above and beyond for them— way beyond host responsibilities. 「The place is beautiful. The rooms are very grand, the pool area is great and the views breathtaking. The staff were lovely. They took care of all our needs. I took my family of 8 to Phuket for two weeks and we all loved it. The only draw back is that to get to the road there is a steep climb. However,whenever Bier was around, he would take us up to the top in his truck. Otherwise I would highly recommend this holiday villa.」

「地點雖離芭東不遠，但都稍為偏遠，不能步行前往。出入要叫車/自駕（大斜路，人多坐篤篤不夠力上） 地方大，有五間房（每間房都有洗手間），泳池清潔度可以接受，有包早餐。 第一天到埗時房東說可以代向餐廳外賣訂餐，但訂餐後三小時都沒送到，期間曾查詢獲回覆「on the way」 但最後也是沒送到來，並再三查問後才發現原來該店是日休息，這樣一開始印象分真的扣了很多。 有一天房間所有水喉都沒有水，不過向房東求助後，十分鐘內很快就得到協助，沒有不良感覺。 行程前預先向房東預訂一晚BBQ晚餐，食物很好，份量很充足，這樣確實是挽回不小分數。 總結：價錢不算貴，設施及服務算是達到合理水平，但合理地亦有改善空間，一試無妨。」

「We were a group of 5 adults and stayed at the property for a week in February 2023. Things to consider, the hill the property is on is VERY steep and all of the activities we booked we had to walk up the hill to meet our rides, they would not come down to the property for pick-up, which was not mentioned in the listing. If we were not all in good health I am afraid we would of been stuck at the house. The property has recruited a wonderful driver that would come to the garage but he was not...

「This property made for a nice three night stay. Vivian the hotel manager was very kind to us during our stay. The rooms were very modern and I absolutely loved the pool. 」
