「ダウンタウンからは少し離れた、GSロード沿いにあります。近くにはショッピングモールのPantaloonもあり、便利な場所です。室内は清潔ですが、トイレのゴミ箱にゴミが入ったままでした。朝食はビュッフェですが、充実しています。 」

「The hotel charged us with breakfast fees, even though they were included in the accomodation fees. The breakfast was rather shabby. Overall experience was bad.」

「ホテルは古いですが手入れはされておりきれいです。スタッフはフレンドリーで愛想もよく何でもすぐ対応してくれます。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで品数も多く30種類以上の食べ物がならべられています。味も比較的おいしいです。卵料理はオムレツ等をつくるスタッフがいます。部屋はバスタブつきでシャワーの湯も普通にでます。滞在中は２回くらい停電しましたが、すぐに発電機がまわり問題はありませんでした。チッタゴンに宿泊の 際は、また利用したいと思います。」

「No one knew we were coming. They did not know what Orbitz is. Gave us the wrong rooms and blamed it on "The foreign website" we used to book - after hours of arguing with the uneducated yet extremely mouthy general manager, they finally gave us the rooms we booked. This ruined day 1 of our 2 day trip to sree mongol. They accused Orbitz of charging us double the price and actually selling us a way worse room. 「Hotel ambience, location, amenities are perfet for a vacation, hotel is surrounded with hills which is a pleasure to observe from room's window soecially a sunset time. Though Hotel is not having lavish food options howrver food quality is very good. Staff service is excellent and travel desk too offers reasonable price for hiring car travel and tpur. 「this hotel is located on the main street of Agartala. Staff are very friendly and eager to help at any point of time. Politeness is everywhere in this hotel. Food is good and restaurant has a nice environment. But the coffee was not up to the mark. 」

No juice , no fruits for breakfast provided. What's the point of booking breakfast then? There were mosquitoes in the room but the whole hotel couldn't produce a good night machine. They only had a liquidator refill without the machine. Excellent property but totally disorganised」

They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. 」
