「I was looking be for around beverly hills . It was a relatively cheap hotel in the area. So I didn't have high expectations, but it was very nice and clean. If I go to LA again I would like to stay here again.」

「Really good location, it was a nice 1 week stay in Venice beach. Just 1 min. walk to the beach! Our party was 6 ppl including kids. I felt the capacity was not enough for 6 ... maybe for 4 adults. If there was a cleaning and linen service for long stay guests, that would be perfect. 」

「Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own. 「This is a cozy, private space in a quiet residential neighborhood. Three adults slept comfortably, but probably more ideal for two. Rooftop deck, hot tub, and outdoor seating to relax or entertain. Gas stove, Keurig machine, and everything you need to prepare meals and save on eating out. Accessible to all North Hollywood has to offer without being right in the middle of it.」

「We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends.」
