「The Yellow House is a wonderful B and B for a relaxing weekend. The owner is very conscientious and his breakfasts reflect that. There was always hot coffee available in the mornings and snacks, including home made cookies, during the day. The house is very clean and well kept. Our bed was a little small and therefore, I found it hard to sleep well. The next time we stay here I would request a room with a larger bed. I would definitely return for a weekend here. 」

「We could not recommend highly enough. Willy and Shoney are great hosts. Three-course breakfasts were amazing. Homemade cookies set out as take-aways every day. Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay.」

「Our stay was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We stayed in the Carolina Cottage which is not in the main house. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast each day was a 3 course consisting of a blended smoothie to start, followed by a small yogurt parfait or waffle and then the main dish that was a bit more substantial. Cookies and fruit were available all day, as was coffee and tea. Absolutely beautiful view from the porch of the main...

「The Tapoco Lodge is absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. The cabin we stayed in felt like everything was antique but somehow still new. My only complaint was that Expedia allowed me to book it as a pet-friendly room when the actual room I chose wasn’t pet-friendly. The Tapoco honored the reservation anyway and took care of us. They were terrific. My wife is already asking if we can stay here again. 」
