「We had a fantastic time! It is a green oasis in the city close to all attractions! We had a wonderful gas fireplace which came in handy since it got down to the 30’s during our stay. Great comfortable bed! The hosts were extremely attentive and we received sparkling wine and even a birthday cake!! We will be going back in the future !」

「Cozy Upper Room was perfect! The location was wonderful, the accommodations were superb, and the town of Black Mountain was so enjoyable! We really enjoyed eating our meals on the deck, especially our morning coffee. The birds were so vocal in the mornings! And the tub was such a luxury!! We also loved meeting Ottie and Taz, the dogs! 「The property was actually pretty easy to find. Throughout the lead up to the getaway, Tammy was very responsive to any questions asked. Although there were other properties fairly close by, the property was still rather isolated; which is what was desired! The kitchen was stocked with the appropriate kitchenware, making it very convenient to cook meals. The views were very scenic, and the layout of the decks made enjoying the outdoors most easy! We would definitely recommend this property…!」

「We had a 3 night stay in downtown Asheville. The hotel was so convenient to downtown and the River Arts District. It was very comfortable and pet friendly. The only thing that will make it better is the completed construction of the pool, pool deck, etc. we will definitely be back!」
