「This is a beautiful home and better than the pictures. We loved the attention of detail that was added to the decor that made it feel like home. We were really surprised to see a Christmas tree set up for us when we arrived on Christmas Day. Really loved all the rooms and updated appliances from a convection oven, induction stove and double drawer dishwasher. Ben was always available and even had someone come to the house to help us flip a breaker to the tv within an hour, on Christmas...

「The location was convenient to everything in town. Something of a language barrier communicating with the hosts, but not insurmountable. The couch was a bit gross, and someone else's food was in the refrigerator when we got there.」

「Beautiful old home with lots of character. The house is a little difficult to see due to the overgrown landscape. Surprisingly close to the falls but nice and quiet!」

「This house has character. The art work is well done, the house feels like a Victorian home. The owners checked in to make sure we were warm enough and added an extra mattress. They were very polite and tried hard. There are multiple elevations on each floor, making for tripping hazards. No smoke detectors visible. Just one entrance, not two. The furniture was quite adequate. No games, no books, no attraction list.」

The location was perfect for a short drive to all of the nearby attractions while offering the convenience of having a home rather than a hotel. I would highly recommended this property and would certainly stay here again on a future Niagara Falls visit.」

「We was disappointed with cleaning, a lot of dust in the top of the Master bed, the sheets and pillows were dirty, we found hair in the bed and there were trash from other guests. Good location and neighbors.」

「Our family of eight stayed here for six days. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts are accommodating. However, the kids ran around from upstairs, even though it was quite late at night and we were trying to sleep in the lower level of the house. One of my relatives is handicapped and had difficulty going up the stairs because there was only one handrail for her to use, and she can only use one side of her body. Having handrails on both sides would be safest for anyone with mobility...

「We loved this little house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We never walked to the falls from the house since we have 2 small children but it only took about 2 minutes to drive there. This place really felt like a home away from home!」
