場所は最高。サービスはまあまあでした
セントラルパーク、ロックフェラーセンター、トランプタワーなど徒歩圏内で場所は最高です。 滞在中の夜5時間ぐらい停電になりましたが、1時間毎のアナウンスのみで不満でした。もっともエレベーターも止まり、従業員も上がって来れなかったのでしょう。

値段相応だと思います
年越しで3泊しましたが、最初にどこでチェックインするのかわかりませんでした。1Fにフロントがあり、チェックインの列ができていますが、ここではありません。エレベーターで37階に上がると小さなカウンターがあって、ここがホテルのフロントになります。寒かったので空調の温度設定を一番高くしても、そこまで部屋の温度が上がりませんでした。また、ナイトガウンが用意されていなかったのも残念でした。空の冷蔵庫があるので、近くのスーパーやコンビニで買った食材を入れておくことができます。TVは日本語放送が入ります。バスタブはなく、シャワーのみでした。朝9時を過ぎると周りの部屋で掃除が始まるので、朝にゆっくりとできない雰囲気があります。ニューヨークはどこもホテルが高いですが、一番高くなる大晦日も他の日と同じ料金設定だったのはよかったと思います。（もともとが高めの設定ですが）交通の面では地下鉄E線の出口が同じブロックにあるので、便利でした。

ロケーションが良いホテル。
室内の清掃は問題ないが4泊すると毎日コップ等の備品の補充が無くなっていった。シャワーの水圧が弱く残念。以前は、利用できたラウンジの利用ができなくなり残念。日本人向けのツアーの集合場所になっていることから選択した。何処に行くにも便利な立地で、朝、セントラルパークに散歩に行くにも、夜間ミュージカル鑑賞の帰り等も安心して歩けた。 バスタブがない。ラウンジの利用ができないことから再訪はないと思う。

ヒルトンクラブはスイート以外はバスタブなし。1ー2日の滞在ならいいかもしれないが、階下のヒルトンに変更した。結構手間取った。

従業員のサービスが悪くて驚きました。食事中なのにモップがけを横でするということが毎朝起こり、従業員の教育がなっていないと感じます。

静かに過ごしたいカップル向き
羽田からのアメリカンエアラインで行きました、予定より1時間早く到着しタクシーでホテルへ、 朝6時に到着、チェックインは15時、どうしようかと思いつつ、すぐそばのスタバでコーヒー、 一階ロビーのヒルトンクラブの受付は無人、7時30からと書かれていた。まだ1時間もあるため 専用エレベーターで受付へ、すぐ空き部屋をチェックしてくれて、朝7時30分にチェックイン出来ました。外は大雪警報で雪が降り始めていたので大変助かりました。 朝は簡単な朝食と夕方は簡単なスナックとビール、ワインが無料でサービスされます。 バスタブも大きく、別にシャワーブースもあり快適でした。 値段だけで比較して、日本の高級ホテルと同じサービスを期待しないほうが良いです。 私敵にはヨーロッパのホテルと比較してもサービスは悪くなかったです。

Gute Lage des Hotels. Es wurde jedentag das Zimmer sauber gemacht. Was ich nicht in Ordnung finde sind die 5$ Gebühr pro Gepäckstück wenn man ausgecheckt hat und noch Zeit hat bis zum Abflug.

Room was large by New York hotel standards and modern design. Only downside was that windows let in quite a lot of traffic noise, even though on 38th floor, and need replacing with something more modern and soundproof.

Perfect Getaway!
Our stay at the Hilton Club Midtown Manhattan was wonderful. Beautiful, well appointed 36th floor room. Situated right down the street from Radio Center Music Hall, it was easy to walk to see The Rockettes. Catching a cab to other entertainment was easy peazy. Though a bit pricey, the Breakfast Buffet at Herb n' Kitchen was delicious and perfect for late evening snacks.

We were in town for Christmas, and what a great choice we made in this hotel. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained. The room was "quiet" for New York and the service was great (we were missing a few things but Cecilia was fantastic and so kind). Everyone smiled, said good morning, or Merry Christmas and it was such a great feel. Downside was HUGE lines in the cafe in the morning and the elevator could be slow at times. All in all I'd certainly stay here again.

Excellent hotel.
We stayed at the Hilton Club 17th to 23rd of December 2023. Excellent hotel in Manhattan. Spacious, well equiped, clean rooms, and excellent housekeeping. The hotel is in walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, Broadway, Hells Kitchen, Rockefeller Center and various museums. Highly recommended. I have already booked a new stay at this Hotel in April 2024.

The Hilton Club is an amazing property. The staff was amazing as well, very nice! We loved the room with the amazing city view. The location was right in the middle of Time Square and Rockefeller Plaza as well as many fine dining/coffee bars/ etc. We truly enjoyed ourselves as a first time visit to New York.

Great Location
This hotel has a great location just south of the park and north of Time Square with a subway station around the corner. The Hilton Club is 3 floors inside the Hilton Midtown and felt like a small hotel because of the individual check in and staff but provided access to the restaurants and fitness center in the larger hotel. Spacious rooms, bathrooms and nice toiletries and comfortable beds.

The staff on the club level was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping were so friendly and attentive. They greeted us every morning with a warm smile and wished a nice day. The hospitality all around was superb!
