「Stayed with my daughter over the weekend. Adorable property, very clean, great location. Was perfect for us. Rented a movie in owners account by accident, owner was very gracious, granted us permission, we did not have to pay. Side notes: caution, stairwell is narrow and tall, going up and down with large piece of luggage is somewhat a trick. If you are over 6ft tall, you may not fit comfortably in the nook where the toilet sits. 」

「The garden themed accommodations were clean and cheerful. There were common areas in the kitchen, living room and sunroom. The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. 「It was good except for the roaches honestly. The highlights were the quiet street, easy parking, security camera, spacious place, but there's roaches.」

「From start to finish the stay was peaceful. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and the rental is cozy and nicely decorated. Craig oriented us to the space on our arrival, and there are written directions in the unit. Our two favorite things were the bedding and the shower. Check out was a breeze- just text him and lock the door. We would definitely stay again.」

「My sister and I had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, mostly everything we needed was within walking distance or a short drive away. The beds were comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing, and only specifically if you’re planning on cooking, the kitchen doesn’t have the best equipment. But otherwise, fantastic, and we would definitely stay again.」

Très pratique pendant le semaine, le PATH est beaucoup moins fréquent le week-end. Le quartier est un peu moyen mais ça va quand même. Très contents du rapport qualité-prix étant donné les prix du logement aux Etats-Unis.」

「We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. We have 4 kids, ages 4-15, and appreciated the additional space and kitchen that we would not have had in a hotel room. Laundry was also very helpful to have. The apartment is modern and very clean.
