「Centrally located. Great space/layout for traveling family.」

「In town visiting family, super clean, convenient, great communication from the host, and quiet. Although we did really utilize the kitchen, it was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Washer and dryer on site as well. Thanks for sharing your place with us!」

「When we checked in we were told that the room type I had reserved was unavailable, so we were given an upgrade. The suite was amazing! I was impressed by the professionalism and proactivity of solving the room issue before we even arrived! Check in and check out were extremely simple」

「Suite 1A was absolutely charming! I loved the antique decor! The landscaping was delightful! The space was clean and had everything I needed. The host was very kind and down-to-earth. It is directly across the street from Union College so I was able to attend Alumni weekend events easily by just walking across the street. I would definitely stay here again!」

「Other guests were loud in the halls. Breakfast was scheduled from 6 to 9 am. I went to get breakfast, there was no hot food, only dry cereal instant oatmeal. Coffee could have been freaher.」

「The property was in a safe and convenient location. We asked (multiple times) for things for our room and we never got them. Overall decent stay. 」

「Decent place for the money. Close to busy streers so there was some traffic noise.」

「We noticed what looked like to blood on the carpet by the bathroom. We were turned off by that. Also the bathtub didn't drain properly when we were taking showers. Water backed up like we were taking baths. Also the furnace closet was disgusting. The filter needed to be changed.」

「Pros include friendly staff, plenty of clean towels when needed, good breakfast, clean pool. Cons include filthy foldout couch. No sheets, blankets or pillows provided for the foldout. Listing shows it sleeps three but there were only kitchen dishes and flatwear for 2.」

「The picture of the pool and buildings online are not this facility. Our condo was extremely dirty and things that were broken were fixed cheaply. The walls had blue spray paint where holes happened! Carpets were filled with stains. We were afraid to walk without shoes. Pool was very small compared to pictures. The grounds of the property were over grown and falling apart. Tried to call front office a few times but no one ever answers the phone. Would not recommend to anyone.」
