清潔で快適。ナミュール、ディナン地域を10日間旅したが、このホテルが最高だった。この地域で唯一まともなホテルだとおもった。

Super hotel
Je voyage beaucoup pour le boulot. La chambre supérieure de cet hotel est à mon avis irréprochable qualité/prix. Vraiment agréable sur tous les points.

Convenient and comfortable
Convenient and comfortable. However, since I previously extended my reservation for another 2 nights in the same room, staff checked me out and then checked me in for new reservation at 6:30 am. This resulted in my television being turned on … and it woke me up at 6:30 am. Staff didn’t seem very apologetic about doing this. I would expect them to know that TVs get turned on when they check in guests. I wasn’t amused by this error since I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. Handing me a free drink card was insulting.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Hotel ist modern und meiner Meinung nach auch in einer guten Lage. Die Betten waren für uns sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, allerdings fehlte etwas frisches Gemüse wie Tomaten, Gurken o.ä. Es gab nur eingelegte Grillpaprika, dafür war aber ausreichend Obst vorhanden. Die zweite Nacht war sehr ungemütlich. Wir hatten unser Zimmer zur Zitadella in der ersten Etage, dort parken Abends/Nachts viele, die vermutlich ins Casino gehen. Aufheulende Motoren gehörten auch dazu. In dieser Nacht ist alle paar Minuten die Alarmanlage eines Autos los gegangen, schien niemanden gestört zu haben. Die Rezeption wird das mit Sicherheit mitbekommen haben. Dies hätte ich gerne am Ende erwähnt, aber als wir ausgecheckt haben wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob wir zufrieden waren oder ähnliches. Mehr als "Goodbye" war nicht vorhanden, das war sehr schade! Für einen kurzen Städtetrip kann ich das Hotel aber empfehlen - mit Ohrstöpseln :). Zum Spa-Bereich: Er hat eine Sauna, ein Dampfbad und ein eher kleinen Whirlpool 2 Korksessel. Tatsächlich überschau, aber für uns ausreichend- Wenn man Wert auf ausreichend Wellness legt, ist es vielleicht nicht ganz das Richtige.

La chambre n'était pas propre du tout On a même trouvé une anthrène des tapis. La boîte de mouchoir était presque vide. Le rouleau de papier toilette était déjà utilisée (1/4 restant).

Algemeen heel goede 4 Sterre hotel, goed gelegen. Ideaal voor mensen die graag naar casino gaan. Zeer goede ontbijt. Alles is goed behalve dat ze soms weinig personeel aan de balie is om de klanten te ontvangen. Soms moet je heel lang wachten.

Amazing stay at Mercure
What an amazing experience we had at Mercure Namur! Thanks to Vanessa at reception our stay kicked off with a big smile on our faces. She kindly took care of every request we made and was able to provide us with an upgrade based on our Gold membership. She also helped us with parking advice and information. What can I say she was a total angel! The hotel is very modern and I like the style. Everything is spotless clean. Minibar was free which was a nice touch. Hotel is located by the river and close to the Citadelle. You can hike up to the Castle and I fully recommend stopping by Le Panorama restaurant (it has the most amazing views and good prices).

Struttura, che si affaccia sul fiume Mosa, a due passi dal centro di Namur. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada durante le ore serali in stretta prossimità e con disco orario durante il giorno. Camera favolosa e spaziosa dotata di ogni confort. Una nota di merito al ragazzo della reception che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo estremamente gentile e attento a risolvere un piccolo disguido creatosi in fase di prenotazione. Consigliatissimo!

Très bel hôtel tout neuf
Très bel hôtel, chambres spacieuses, j'avais réservé une chambre avec un très grand lit, j'ai eu une chambre avec un lit double, c'est vrai qu'il est très grand mais quand on se réveille au milieu de la nuit dans le creux entre les lits, on râle de ne pas avoir eu un très grand lit !

Stopped for the F1 in Spa. Staff were mint! Were more than happy to call a taxi for us in the mornings as we couldn't communicate with the firm's. Nice area, facilities were mint. Very small gym. Dumbbells only go up to 14kg but there's a duel cable machine. Top notch.
