I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff.」

「We stayed for 3 nights with our dog as it was booked in advance. Here is a true feedback. 1) property is listed as pet friendly however it is not. Property manager was asking for guarantee tht pet is friendly. After saying will give the same feedback to Expedia , he gave us room. 2) torn bedsheets. We asked for non-torn but still no luck. 3) no bill for payment confirmation. 4) dark room( don’t know if it was just us cause of dog) 5) No for everything till we mentioned feedback. 「Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again.」

「The Hotel was good.big and spacious rooms, beds comfortable, breakfast superb for on the spot pricing, everything about the hotel was good. A few let downs reduces the feel good factor.The first let down being the reception is located on the second floor and rooms above that.Secondly I get a room with no windows because the room falls in the middle of a corridor and is interconnected to another room.
