「Hello, the property needs renovation! I personally think these apartments shouldn’t be rented until they are all fixed properly! 「The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay.」

Property manager, Jack, is the best - I wish each property I stayed at had someone as efficient & responsive as Jack. 「There’s nothing more to say. I filed a grievance with your company and it is still not resolved. I will never use VRBO for this reason and will also inform all of my colleagues, family and friends to do the same. 「夫婦で3泊しました。 上層階の角部屋で、目の前（真下）がビーチで最高のロケーションで、ゆっくり過ごせました。 施設はとても古いですが、のんびり過ごすには、とても良い環境です。 コンドミニアムタイプなので、タクシーで5分程のコストユーレスか、ペイレス・スーパーマーケットで宿泊分を調達すれば、問題無いかと思われます。 また、外食したりタモン地区に出るには、タクシーを使うのが良いと思います。 徒歩20分程度のGPOまで出て、トローリーバスに乗る手段も考えられますが、コロナの影響からか1時間に1本しか出ていないので、多少、不便さを感じるかもしれません。」

「Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Although check was a bit difficult, the manager assisted us quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!」

「went to check in and was told my reservation wasn’t found, even though i was charged and had the confirmation email. Then was told i was supposed to check in the previous day and since i wasn’t there they gave the room away. 「The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues....
