「I loved this villa they welcomed us with warm hospitality and small gifts on the Valentine’s Day, very recommend!!」

「エアコンが壊れていて暑くて死にそうでした。飛行機までの数時間の利用だったので我慢できましたが、ドアが壊れていて蚊は入ってくるし最悪でした。プールは写真通りでよかったのに残念です。」

「The booking on-line was easy enough however, I did try to communicate via email- No response, needed to go through expedia USA to contact the Villa. Asked for transfer pick up, no show at the airport. Checked in fine, fridge- Not working, Air conditioner-Not working, all got fixed once mentioned. TV only 1 english station. the description says KUTA not really near the "Kuta" I know. won't stay again, for this price it was a poor & disappointing stay.」

「これまで何回もバリに滞在していますが、villaに宿泊したことがなかったことから、この施設に宿泊しました。10部屋あるvillaで、ハネムーン用のようです。室内にプールとジャグジーがありましたが、ジャグジーはあまり綺麗で有りませんでした。 朝食は、まあまあでした。」

「シャワーがほぼ水でした( ω-、) ベッド、かけ布団といったものはなくシーツのみで、寝るとき少し寒かったです…」

「We had a large group of 11 adults. The villa was close to everything had a really nice pool.and bedroom set-up. Wayan was great to deal with and woukd highly recommend this villa too anyone else espcially large groups.」

「It’s good for the price. Beds were comfy, pool was nice. There were things left behind from the guest before us. The toilet seat in room 4 needs fixed it’s very wobbly and the seat wouldn’t stay up when using the bathroom. There were a lot of mosquitoes inside as well. It was good from the price especially if you have a large family 」

「The photos of the Villa on Stayz need to be updated as they are not accurate to the actual Villa, the Villa was very run down no grass or bed outside. The staff were really lovely the communication between them was very poor. Multiple times are breakfast times were not confirmed arrived at different times, breakfast was served cold every morning. Cleaning times were all different times. The staff were extremely friendly, the villas were just poorly managed. Overall I would rate our stay 2 out of...

「When we checked in at the Sakaye we found the sheets and some pillowcases where dirty, I mean round brown stains on sheets. Tried to take a shower in the bath and there was hair everywhere, dirty water was filling in the bath because the stopper was not working. Did not like the idea of a shower/bath in one. Complained and was upgraded to another room and everything was clean. Did not like having a shower in the bath and found it too high for me and the kids to climb into, the staff gave me a...

「At the beginning of my arrival they told me that there was no booking until I showed them via email from your site. They then gave me a different villa than the pictures in the booking. I had no other choice because I could not cancel the reservation because of the terms of cancellation and wasting time. Also ask for time so I lost three hours to the subject. Please take the necessary action by you and compensate me financially for what it deems appropriate」

「家族4人で宿泊しました。ベッドルーム２つ、バスルーム２つ、トイレは３つもありました。キッチンもきれいで、何と言っても電子レンジ付きなのがありがたかったです！孫娘がインドネシア料理が苦手だったので電子レンジ付きのファミリールームを探していました。室内は広々としていて快適でした。朝食のバイキングも美味しかったです。すぐそばにはコンビニが、数分歩けばワルンインドネシアがあり、ナシブンクスにしてもらいホテルで食べたりしました。強いて言えば、ホテルの外で夜中の2時位まで騒いでいる人達がいてうるさくてなかなか寝付けなかったです。文句を言うならそれくらいで、トイレットペーパーが無い、バスルームの電球が切れた、テレビのリモコンが動かないとルームサービスに電話したら、すぐ来てくれて対応してくれました。子ども用の浅いプールもあったので、次にバリに旅行する時もこのホテルにしようと思いました。」
