"Its small. Luggage stays at the bottom floor so you dont have access to it easily from the capsule area. Public bath so no privacy when showering whatsoever. Its your preference; I chose not to shower there. Rembrandt in shin-okubo is much larger and much more luxurious. Stay there instead."

"This was both my first time in Japan and my first time in this kind of stay. I had heard about the pod hotels of Japan and was interested in trying one. I stayed at this location for six nights and I really enjoyed it! The staff was all friendly and the place was pretty clean and relaxed. I had no issues whatsoever. Will recommend "

"Very cute Onsen room that was really nice, the capsules are spacious and comfortable- the people in my room were noisy all night and so didn’t get much sleep and it was pretty hot too! It’s like staying in a cheap hostel. Probably fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer."

"Check in was very easy even as a customer unable to speak Japanese. I showed my Expedia booking and passport and given keycards and a rules guideline. Locker room/bathrooms/showers accessed via the elevator to base floor (men). It is well maintained and organized. On my last day someone had carelessly damaged one of the shower head handles, but it was still working fine. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in each private shower. "We had a great stay here for 9 full days. It was our first time in Japan and this place was nice. The rooms were cleaned daily for us. They have a laundry room, gym, and very nice lobby area. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from JR station. My suggestion is to get on the bus in front of the hotel to get to all the shopping areas. After all the walking you're going to do, trust me, take she bus even if it's for a few blocks. I would stay here again. "
