「DO NOT BOOK HERE! The experience could not be worse. There is no motel! I was shown some pictures before I book but it was all just lies. Apparently, there is just some houses around Waterloo and they rent out the dirty empty rooms in those houses. They texted me before I get there and changed the address even though I had reservations. They are just a bunch of thieves in my opinion. They threatened me if I don’t get the room they showed me (dirty and disgusting with nothing in it but a terrible...

「３週間滞在中、部屋の掃除が４〜５回来ない事が有りました。 隣まで来てるのに、なぜか一番端の私たちの所は忘れてしまったようです。 室内の椅子も汚れ染みがひどく、とても座れる状態ではなかったです。勿論変えてもらいました。TVもあったのですが、リモコンが使えなかったです。クレームを言って、４日後にやっと電池を替えてくれました。」

「My partner and I got married at the nearby Elora Mill Hotel & Spa. We chose to stay with some of our wedding party at Cedarcliff not only because it was close by, but because we know it would be for great pre-ceremony photos of us and our party. The only comment I would make is that the house comfortable sleeps 10, not 12 as the listing suggests. We ended up putting one person in a cot in the living room and another guest on an air mattress we happened to have in our car.」
