カウアイ島 のリゾート

「15時チェックインのはずが部屋が準備されておらず17時まで待ちました。無料朝食についての説明がなく戸惑いました。滞在中日本人宿泊客は見かけませんでした。サービスは良くも悪くも最小限で、こちらから聞かないと分からないことが多かったです。 オーシャンフロントの部屋は眼前に海が広がり眺めが最高でした。」

「このホテルは空港から車で7分にあり、リフエの町も近くて便利です。ホテルに隣接してビーチがあり、朝日が昇ってくる海が綺麗です。私の部屋のシャワーはパワーがなかったです。」

「不満だったところ：室内に電話がない、エレベータがない、階段がふきっさらしで、雨だと濡れる。 満足だったところ：部屋からの景色が素晴らしい、スタッフが親切、ウォーターサーバーで水を汲み放題、部屋が広い。」

「This was our first time to any of the Hawaiian Islands and we are glad we picked Kauai. We rented a car and went on adventures every day and still had time to relax in the pool and hot tub at the end of each day. Our 2 bedroom unit was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and we were glad for the use of the BBQs. All in all it was a wonderful experience.」

「Absolutely loved the view and the unit is SO cute!!! We had an issue with cockroaches two nights in a row even after following the rules (no open food.. etc). It was after hours Seth replied relatively quickly and got someone out the next day to put traps out. But we already just felt uncomfortable. The day before we received a message about check in fees. (extra fees, check in fee, parking fee and resort fee) that was not disclosed until the day before arrival. Bathroom fan did not work,...

「The only thing that was annoying is that the kitchen is very bare bones. Buying spices, olive oil is just not necessary in most rentals.」

「Yes, the property could use some updating, but what property doesn't if it's not brand new... we have two very minor complaints.. 1. we could have used a microwave in the room.. 2. we did not understand that we were a "private" property, so when we needed more coffee and toilet paper, were told to call our private housekeeper.... When she showed up at the door, she seemed very perturbed that we couldn't get our own?? But other than that.. we had a Terrific Time!! and can't wait to go back!!」

「This was my sixth time staying at Waipouli Beach Resort and the second time to stay in this unit, and I couldn't have been happier. The unit and property were clean and quiet, and I felt at home. As with my previous stay, the owners were readily available via messaging to answer any questions I may have had during my stay. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to stay here again!」

「We loved our stay, the room was clean and well stocked with towels, beach chair, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. Loved the two chairs on the lanai, had our breakfast out there every morning. Easy walk to the beach, nice pool and hot tubs. Recommend staying here and we will stay here again when we come back!」

「Condo was nice and clean, with upscale decor. There was a supply of extra things like spices and coffee filters, tea, etc. That is always nice when you are cooking. Extra things for small children needs like booster and bed, toys, etc. We added to that supply with some beach / pool toys and a booster step stool. Condo could use extra towels, especially in the kitchen area! No dishcloths and only 3 hand towels there. I would love to see a guest book or info with good eateries and hidden gems...

「The best view of Hanalei Bay, mountains, sunset. The hotel room is adequate but ok for the price paid. Clean, but drab furnishings, 1980’s style. The resort is nice, restaurant is good, pool is lovely, beach is amazing. We loved our stay and Hanalei/Princeville area.」

「セーフティボックスありとなっていたが、滞在した部屋にはなかった（探し回ったが見つけられなかった）。一台あたりの駐車スペースが狭く停めづらい。ビーチタオル交換の説明がなかった（説明書になし）。土日はフロントが休みで連絡先は知らされているが、英語の連絡はハードルが高く、相談出来なかった。景観は素晴らしいが、海岸の岩に打ち付ける波の音が想像以上で（これはホテルの問題ではない）、あらかじめ覚悟が必要。砕ける波、沈む夕日、目の前の海に浮かぶ海亀、楽しみはいっぱいあるので、音が気になる人は耳栓を持参して、このホテルを楽しんでほしい。ポイプビーチまでは歩いて行くのも可能。」

「窓から海が見える部屋で、リゾートライフを満喫できました。Poipu Shopping Villageまで徒歩で行けるので便利。キッチンの道具も一通り揃っています。昔からあるコンドミニアムなので古いけど、のんびり滞在して、ビーチを楽しみたい私たちの旅にはピッタリでした。 」
