「のんびり過ごすには最高のリゾートだと思います。簡易的なキッチンと屋外BBQ グリルがあるので、車で10分くらいのスーパーに買い出しに行けば自炊も可能です。プールは子供連れ用と、大人向け用と分かれているので、いずれも快適です。朝食が食べられるレストランが無いので売店で買うか、ハナレイまで食べに行くかになります。とても良かったのはジャグジーが部屋にあること。難点はソファーベッドが簡単に組み立てられず難儀したことくらいでした。」

「We had never been to Kauai before and just had to roll the dice and get some recommendations from friends and relatives. We elected to stay 3 days down south and the other 3 days at the Hanalei Resort. We luckily selected a lovely condo with gorgeous mountain views! We had everything we needed to make our 3 days on the north shore spectacular - and they were. I’m glad we split our time and got a little bit of both worlds. 「事前に上層階希望のメッセージを送付していましたが、返事はありませんでした。受付で再度リクエストを伝えたところ、偶然にも最上階の部屋でとても眺めも良かったです。 工事がされていて、受付も別の場所でそこは不便でした。また、お風呂のジャグジーは動きませんでした。工事の建物の部屋だったためかもしれませんが残念でした。 ただ、部屋からの眺めは最高ですし、次回も上層階の部屋なら利用したいです。あと、海からの風とファンで涼しかったですが、やはりエアコンに慣れた私としてはエアコンはあったはうがよいかなと思いました。」

「My boyfriend and I loved our stay in Hanalei Bay! This spot is exactly as pictured, super clean, and the ideal location within the resort. The front desk warned us that it's a further walk from most other units, but it's only a 5 minute walk from the lobby, is closer to the beach and further from the pool and restaurant noise so ideal in my book! The patio views are incredible to wake up to, and you share the beach with the luxe 1 Hotel! Our only complaint was how thin the walls are....

「Firstly I want to say that the resort is close to paradise. Beautifully planted and maintained grounds with orchids and birds, stunning swimming pool and hot tub with little waterfalls, a calm beach with snorkelling to walk down to (or catch a ride upon request), a great pizza restaurant as well as a bar with restaurant all on site. Easy parking with service to get you to your condo, and the most amazing views of the ocean and mountains. The condo itself was clean and bright and perfectly fine...

「This was our second time staying at The Cliff's complex and we loved it. The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. Our favorite part is The Cliff's has a family pool and an adults-only pool which means the kids can have fun without disturbing others. We will definitely return!」

「This place is good, and Lori was awesome. Very helpful, mostly quick to respond and proactively cooperative. The view is awesome too, with Pacific ocean looking at you from about a kilometer away or so and with golf course in your front when you sit on a comfy sofa is a pleasure. As regards Lori, I must say she was very nice. We were not able to watch on the smart TV they had, so next day, she got a new TV installed. That shows how good she was.
