「オーシャンビュールームを予約したが、チェックイン時にunavailableと言われた。 予約履歴を見せたところ一旦オフィスに戻り帰って来て手配してくれたが、部屋に入ったところフルオーシャンビューからパーシャルオーシャンビューになっていた。 疲れていたのでそれ以上の交渉は諦めた。 」

「Great place to stay. Everything was great. Only problem I had was when checking out of the hotel and the parking attendant at the gate was very rude, not friendly and poor customer service. I didn’t know how to pay for my parking and the black lady was sooooo mean and not helpful, that I was late for my babies doctor appointment. The hotel was awesome but I think they need better staff.」

「the condo we stayed in was great unfortunately , the elevator systems is awful and there were times we waited over 15 minutes for the elevator or ended up taking 21 flights of stairs. you program your floor and then are assigned an elevator instead of being allowed access to any of the elevators one elevator never worked so there were 2 working elevators for over 30 floors . and the last night we got in late and the parking garage was full with no guidance from the parking attendant - and we had...

「The online reviews specifically about elevators had me weary however we did not seem to have any issues. from the moment we arrived until the day we departed - we received the best service from this resort. We traveled with a family of 5 for my daughters 21st birthday and this resort was in a great location, extremely clean, and our 2 bedroom deluxe room was perfect! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had an amazing time.」
