"Stayed at this villa for one night. The staffs are so friendly and patience. Their check in time is before 7pm. "Property is really beautiful, beds are excellent, and the living room is nice and cozy. Kitchen utilities could be a bit cleaner but we survived. One important thing is that we signed a contract saying we would follow the rules, and one of them was the garbage rule, but we didn't find anything that explained how to get rid of the garbage. Luckily I don't mind bugs, but if you do, keep the windows closed. Outside it gets quite wild at night."

"Wheb we checked in, pool and tub weren’t cleaned. It was disgusting with mold and dirt. We tried reaching out to them to send cleaners but nobody came. We were not able to enjoy the ammenities that were supposed to be included for what we paid for."

"今回3回目の滞在です。 今回、冷蔵庫の中など、清掃の行き届いていない場所がありました。 こんなことは初めてですが。 当方、２歳の卵アレルギーのある子供がおりまして、ホテルではうっかりビュッフェで玉子入りの何かを取ってはと思い自炊のできる当施設に3回目の滞在でした。 にもかかわらず、冷蔵庫に前の方々の食料品が残っており、全く覚えのないゆで卵などがありました。子供の手の届く位置ではなかったので幸いでしたが、今回は本当に残念で仕方ありません。 また、台所にラップがなく、また温かい飲み物用に利用できるマグカップが2つしかなく、大人４人と子供2名の滞在では不便でした。 前の口コミ投稿に記載した通り、浅いプールがあるので、小さな子供連れにはおすすめです！ 今回、5世帯の旅行で15名、A棟、B棟、の2棟を借りて過ごしましが、お湯が尽きることもなく快適にプールもお風呂も満喫できました。 次回、清掃が行き届いていることを願います！"

The photos shown on the hotel.com vs the real life experience was of a big difference. Very poor. The swimming poor is too small. The entire house is too compressed. 2. The premise could not be located by GPS properly. The path to the premise is not fit for 8-seated vehicle. It’s too dangerous for the big car to drive thru.
