「Great apartment for a family, close to Shibuya Scramble Crossing and all the excitement of Shibuya. Loved that this apartment has a washing machine. Make sure you know what the building looks like and that you have read the instructions as you check yourself in and out. I took a screenshot so maps got us to the location and then recognised the building from the street photo I had. You go to level 2 and then use the pad to check in. 」

「The place was great but having no real way to talk to anyone if there’s a problem plus if you don’t read Japan google translate is needed」

「部屋は1ルームマンション貸し切りで自由に使用可能で設備も揃っていて問題なしでした。不満は3点。①鍵の解錠はマニュアルにありますが、鍵のロックの仕方は未記載。マンションのデジタルロックの経験ない人は、解らないと思います。②連絡対応先に連絡しても、最初の１回以降はずっと留守電。急ぎの不明点を確認できませんでした。③マニュアルにある部屋ナンバーが毎回、同じなのかと思ってしまうような基本的番号。以前までの使用者が入室可能なのではないかと思いました。 」

「Everything is good about this property, only exception is it is a single room/ studio. Not an actually apartment with multiple rooms」

「The room was small but it was expected. We had clean towels, plenty of shampoo and conditioner and having thr washing machine was very handy. An extra or spare sheet on the bed would be handy. Thanks for having us stay.」

「Walking distance from both Yoyogi Park and Shibuya Station with the famous scramble crossing. Comfortable, convenient and well stocked with tea and some snacks, in addition to the many restaurants and combinis (convenient stores) within 1-5 minutes walk. We couldn't get the pocket Wi-Fi to charge (not a problem, since we had already rented one at the airport), but the house Wi-Fi worked fine. Would consider staying again.」

「We stayed at good clean apartment in central Tokyo near JR Shinjuku station. Apartment is fully furnished with all amenities that we needed during our stay. AC works strong and washing machine is perfect for very hot summer time of Tokyo! Free portable Wi-Fi device was helpful and fast internet access to use for 4 of us. Easy to Shinjuku Harajuku and Shibuya by direct bus.」
