「チェーン店なので安心して泊まれる」

「部屋は広くてゆったりしていた。ベッドも大きくて気持ちよかった。一部に床が汚れているとの口コミがあったがそんなことはなかった。但し、絨毯ではないし、土足で入るところなので、見た目は綺麗だったがそれなりに汚れているはず。 難点はWIFIが繋がりにくいこと。フロントでは多少繋がりやすかったので、急ぎの時はフロント傍ののテーブル席でPCを使用した。」

「I could never find anyone at the front desk. I waited 10 minutes at check-in and no one ever showed at check-out. It does not seem too hard to leave a note on the counter with the time you walked away and the time you will return. On a positive note, the morning breakfast staff was awesome. I wish Expedia mentioned there were repairs being made at the hotel. I have family close by so I need this hotel to do better so I do not have to travel from further away.」

「The Roycroft Inn in East Aurora is a cozy treasure. Every room is different, all have that Arts and Crafts charm. The staff is responsive and elegant. Nicely dressed, polite, and very professional. Staying at the Roycroft is a restful experience. The little gardens, the firepit, all the unusual little spaces to sit and relax are a joy. The Roycroft Campus is just across the street and features some stunning art, furniture, leather goods and textiles.」

「I was assigned to suite #1 which like the other 2 units had a private entrance. There’s no employee onsite. They message you an access code which was super simple to use. Really beautiful space. Its like a large studio apartment. With a huge hot tub in the main room. Very cozy and well appointed with a small kitchenette with microwave oven. The bathroom was luxurious with heated granite floors and a spacious countertop. Everything was really well maintained including the grounds. I will...

「Had a nice time. Very quiet. The arrangement of the bathroom and bedrooms is very bizarre. I do not recommend bringing kids if you want privacy with your partner. No door on main bedroom and bathroom is inside the main bedroom. Accordion door for secondary bedroom.」

「Overall we were happy with our stay. Beginning started out a little annoying. Check in was easy but wasnt communicated until a half hour after we were able to be there and had to call for the code. Walking in, the floor didnt look vacuumed and beds looked unmade/slept in. We spent the first hour remaking beds (clean sheets were in the dryer), vacuuming (we have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth), and getting rid of all the daddy long legs that were posted up towards the ceiling....

「My husband, our Mini Dachshund and I love this place. This was our second Christmas staying here and we have already reserved Christmas next year for our annual Christmas visit (my husband is from the area). It was perfect for our little family. Plenty of room, close to grocery store, safe and quiet. Has all of the basics you need other than food. Highly recommend.」
