ワーウィックシャー ホテル

「Lovely hotel on Broad Street, close to Utility Arena & lots of bars. Hotel reception staff hard working, helpful & friendly. Lots of choice at breakfast good quality food. Breakfast staff overwhelmed by number of guests. Trying to keep on top of cleaning by clearing away tables that are still in use (full coffees & juices) while guests were queueing for food and guests coming back to their tables to find new guests in their place! This happened to us & others around us! It shows how hard working...

「基本的に、コストパフォーマンスはいいと思います。 朝食も基本的にはいいのですが、野菜系が、細かく刻んだ野菜をソーセージ程度にまるめて揚げたもの以外、生野菜、温野菜が皆無だったのが残念です。普段、野菜は二の次の私がそう思うほど野菜がありませんでした。」

「フロントスタッフが愛想悪いがレストランの男性スタッフはとても感じが良く朝食も品揃えが多く大変美味しかった。 部屋も広く、設備には不満はない。 周辺環境について、駅からも近くロケーションは良いが、周りの道などは汚い。」

「Room was spacious and clean, staff were all really lovely. I had an issue at first and got moved straight away. Breakfast was great tho a little weird with having to get coffee from the bar area and not the breakfast restaurant. No expedia gold rewards offered at all tho and note the coffee facilities are just a kettle which is disappointing for a hotel like this.」

「Had a one night stay here for an event that evening, the checkin was realy good with a very friendly staff member. The room was very spacious and the shower wonderful. Breakfast next morning was really nice with the poached eggs superb. 」

「思ったよりもずっと大きな施設だった。旅行者だけでなく、ビジネスでの長期滞在者も少なくない印象。廊下を走る学生（らしき）もいた。 部屋も十分広いがヒーターが小さく、肌寒かった。清潔で広く、良さそうな部屋なのに不思議と居心地が良くなかった。コインランドリーは「トークン」を受付でもらって利用する。（無料）乾燥機もあり、とても便利だった。 夕方着いたので近くのスーパーで買い物、キッチンで温めて食べたが、翌日行ったガスストリート周辺は夜賑わってそうで、そちらに行けば良かったと思った。 駅やガスストリート、バーミンガム美術館へも歩いて行けた。 決して悪くなくむしろ長期滞在には勧められるが、次回はもっと駅に近い場所を選ぶと思う。」

「Very nice hotel, but very expensive to eat in, there are other restaurants near by, but they are also expensive & inconvenient to get to, if you're not driving. 」

「1ヶ月半の長旅の最終地点で利用した当ホテルは、最後の最後に完璧な素晴らしいホテルに巡り会えて、旅の思い出を気持ちよく締めくくることができました。チェックイン/アウト時に笑顔で丁寧に接してくれたスタッフ、部屋はとても広く、冷蔵庫やバスタブも設置されていました。暖房設備は充分用意されていて、部屋の設備やコンセントの場所などはとても使い勝手が良かったです。排水も良く、シャワーの圧力も充分です。 ロケーションはバーミンガム・ニュー・ストリート駅からすぐです。 またバーミンガムに滞在する時は絶対にこちらを利用します。」

「Had a lovely stay. However felt the pool wasnt too clean as our eyes were stinging everytume we had a swim and there were bits of tissue in the pool. Also for luggage takes a long wait ti get help from a porter. Other than that had a fantastic stay.」

「泊まった部屋は古城を改装したと思われるホテルで部屋の天井が高く、城に宿泊している気分を味わえます。周りはいい意味で何もなく、湖と手入れされた庭が一面に広がっていて散歩するにも気持ちいいです。 マイナスポイントは古城の部屋なので、天井が高く暖房がほとんど効かず寒かったのと、フロントと朝食会場の建物が離れたところにあり、いちいち外を歩いて行かないといけなかったこと。また、レシートもその場で欲しかったのですが、メールで送るの一点張りでした。その後、予想通り届かないので、何度も問い合わせていますが、返事もなくいまだに届いていません。 設備は魅力的ですが、サービスがいまいちです。」

「日本人には嬉しいバスタブ付き。ヨーロッパでは珍しくトイレは、バスとは別にある。部屋には、アイロン、アイロン台もあり、長期滞在でも、問題無い。」

「Excellent customer service. Good value accommodation - though a bit dated in parts - bathroom was from the 80s. However, would recommend. NB car parking is chargeable at £12 for 12 hours, ie overnight. 」
