「This was a GREAT place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. My only negative is the server at the upstairs lounge was extremely rude to us. 」

「I would have said excellent if there was a mini fridge in the room. The meals are huge and my husband and I felt we had to stuff ourselves or waist our dinner because there was no mini fridge in our room to keep the food until we checked out the the next morning. 」

「A classic hotel conveniently situated in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. Its elegance made our visit extra special. We did not know much about the hotel before we booked it, but after staying there, we will definitely return to the Omni William Penn on any future visits to the Iron City. 」

「The staff and facilities at the Nature Inn were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable stay. They had several areas to hang out and play games with our family. We left Sunday morning for a basketball game and the staff remember remembered and even asked my daughter how she did when we returned. Great experience!」

「I left some clothes on a rack and the employees found them, and are willing to mail them to me in a postage paid envelope I sent them. I appreciate their kindness in doing this. While we were there they provided excellent service at check-in and during the breakfast that is offered each morning. 」
