「Only 4 stars bc of the small things that add up - hair dryer not working, bath towel with make up stains, outdated shower fixture and surround - things that are easy wins. We stayed on the first floor and could hear everything our upstairs neighbor was doing, even going to the bathroom... depsite all that, I would stay again! Its close to Carolina Beach and Wilmington. Its a cute golf course community, the staff was really nice, and they offer discounts on play rates. Just want some minor...

「We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really liked this property. The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. We walked to the circle in the morning to get coffee and a walk on the beach. The property does have some age and little things showed the age, but it was very clean. My only complaint is that the room...

「This place could become a gem if owners would put money into up keep. It is kind of sad. That external maintenance has been neglected. If they just hired a landscape company to take care of and enhance the grounds(not just mow) would go a long way」
