「My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. 」

「Excellent. Recently renovated with good quality throughout. Hot water and good water pressure, clean, excellent staff all with positive and helpful attitude, kitchen had excellent quality utensils and cookware, comfortable, and good Wifi. Requested they wash my car and they did so quickly for a reasonable fee. 」

「We loved this property, staff was friendly and accommodating. Traveld with a large group so we booked two appointments and it was such a great choice. Everything was as pictured. 」

「So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,...

「The location is right in the center of a shopping area. You can easily find the food courts. The access to the hotel is a little hard for a stranger as you need to find a narrow path in the Diamond Plaza. The amenities and breakfast are good considering its price. Overall, this is good for a short stay」

「Apart from the fact that the residence is located in a suburban area, and quite risky, the hotel in itself, the staffs and the room is really nice. The kitchen in the room is perfect! Really enjoyed my stay there!」

「Unfortunately I had to move into a 2 bedrooms because 1 bedroom block doesn’t have elevators. Staff was amazing especially Felicita who kept our apartment immaculate. Location was excellent due to close proximity to everything. Couches and beds could use upgrade. Wifi wasn’t too great but ok. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again. The apartments met our needs. 」
