「Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon 」

「冷蔵庫がなく、ジュースや炭酸水など冷たくないとおいしくない飲み物やヨーグルトなどを楽しむことが難しかった。スーパー(朝8時オープン）が敷地内にあったり、給水機があったりなど、代替手段はあるが、朝食込みで予約していない場合で出発が9時前だと不便に感じた。」

「家族３人で宿泊しました。ベーシックなサービスが期待できます。レセプションの対応もとても親切でした。部屋もとても清潔、シンプルで必要なものはすべて備えています。ホテルの周辺には徒歩で行けるスーパーやショッピングモールがあり、とても便利でした。朝食もホテル内のカフェで食べられます。ハットフィールドの駅からすぐの立地でしたが、特に電車の音や道路の音が気になることもなく、静かに過ごすことが出来ました。またプレトリアに宿泊することがあれば、こちらに宿泊したいと思います。」

「Was great! Went for a spa day and night and the service was amazing. They took our bags to the room, checked us in at the spa and made sure we rolled into the room after our treatments. Better than expected」

「This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. 」

「Rooms don't have privacy, noisy, old bathrooms, TV no remote control. Towels are due for replacements. 」

「The orst stay for me at a resort so far. There are many double standards, i.e. No place for people to enjoy the day and have theri smoke aditioction. the signage around the facolities state that smoking is not allowed neare than 50m, but the indoor poole has a smoking area 5m away from the building. only 1 little area that says smoking, but only maybe 5 people can satnd there, the people want to relax in there own environment. We got harassed by a guest due to my friends smoking, but we were...

「This was a complete surprise, only half an hour from home nestled in the Cradle of Humankind it's really easily accessible and just waiting to be discovered. Service Levels were top notch, food was pretty good and the beer cold. Overall a really great weekend away with my better half, its recommended without a second thought.」
