「What a beautiful hotel, and so convenient for everything within the Cala D’or area. All the staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet was literally incredible every morning. I stayed for supper one evening too and it did not disappoint. Even the pool cafe has great food and drink. 10/10」

「I stayed double garden view room. Smell like sewage from bathroom in my room was bad. Other thing such as food, staff, facility and event were perfect!」

「We went on a couples trip in the beginning of May. We had a pleasant time with a room on 7th floor with a fantastic sea view. The hotel was clean and nice. The staff were super friendly and well aware of the guests all the time. The pool is not too big, but that wasn't a problem as we went in May and the weather wasn't too hot anyway. All in all a very nice hotel with a perfect location, close to nature reserve and Cala Millor beach and the shops all along. 」

「Gutes Hotel. Zum Strand ist es etwa 400-500 Meter was gut machbar. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Zimmer auch gut. Essen gute Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel gut. Hinterm Hotel ist uns leider der Wagen beschädigt worden in der Nacht. Dort ist es nicht so gut beleuchtet. Also am besten vor dem Eingang an der Straße parken. 」

「Wirklich klasse Hotel. Insbesondere war es für uns sehr schön weil wir unseren Hund mit an den Pool nehmen konnten. Personal sehr Baby-und hundfreundlich. Frühstück war gut, Eierspeisen wurden frisch auf Wunsch zubereitet. Schade, dass es kein kleines Gym gab. Sonst alles super 10von 10」

「駐車場が無く、周辺道路にしか停める場所がない。初日に当て逃げに会い、台無しの旅行となった。サイドミラーのカバーはもぎ取られ、かなり悪質さを感じた。慣れた人達は駐車するたびに状況写真を撮っていた。そのような人達が多いということだと思う。恐ろしく、もう行くことはないです。 施設は全般的に快適。朝食はここに限らず日本人の口には合いません。」

「8泊のallinclusiveで利用しました。 立地はパルマから車で1時間弱。綺麗なビーチに歩いて行けます。 食事はブュッフェでディナーは毎日テーマが変わるようですが代わり映えせずやはり飽きてきます。ランチはプールバーでも頂けます。 プールは子供用プールもあり息子は楽しそうに遊んでいました。 2台のみですが無料でランドリーが使えるのが助かりました。 ほとんどの利用者が子供連れで、公園のようなスペースやハイチェアももちろんありますしChildfriendlyなホテルです。」

「ジャグジー付きの部屋にしたがプールと思うほど冷たくて全く入れなかったし誰も入っていなかった。たもっと暖かくしてほしい。掃除は行き届いていたがバスローブなど補充されていない時があったり掃除で使った洗剤スプレーをテーブルの上に忘れていっていてびっくりした。 帰り日の朝早かったのですぐ乗れるようタクシーを前日の夜にフロントに行って予約しておいたがチェックアウトでタクシーのことを聞く用意できていなかった。前日のスタッフと違ったので全く状況をわかっていなくて再度呼んでもらったが運転手と知り合いなのか話し込んでしまってなかなか走りださず飛行機のチェックインギリギリで焦った。フロントの対応は人によっては五つ星ホテルとは思えない感じ。朝食は素晴らしくてウエイターさんも対応が素晴らしかった。」

「Au vu des avis sur Booking nous appréhendions notre séjours qui au final sa a été une belle surprise , l’établissement est proche de tout et accessible facilement , le personnel est au petit soin pour vous Enderic à l’accueil fait tout son possible pour répondre au moindres questions et demandes pour l’appartement , de notre côté l’appartement était Correct certes rustique avec peux être un peux d’appareil qui manque mais il était propre et fonctionnel l’insonorisation n’est pas au top mais...

「Ein sehr gutes Familienhotel, viel Animation. Pool war für Mai zu kalt! Das Meer war wärmer. Daher wollte mein Sohn trotz Kinderpool Paradies nicht in den Pool. Der Pool für erwachsetwar gefühlt 5 Grad wärmer. Apartment Zimmer war groß, jedoch nicht richtig sauber gereinigt. Auf der Toilette war noch Kacke Reste vom Vorgast. Betten waren für uns unbequem da zwei günstige Einzelbetten zusammen geschoben. Zudecken waren dünn und Nachts war es trotz ausgeschaltener Klimaanlage kalt. 」

「Sehr schöne Unterkunft etwas abseits und daher schön ruhig gelegen. Man ist direkt im angrenzenden Naturschutzgebiet für kleine Wanderungen und in 5-10 Minuten im Zentrum. Hotel war wunderbar, alles hat gepasst. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel schwierig, in den umliegenden Seitenstraßen findet man aber immer was. Rundum zu empfehlen 」
