「Lot of cocroch in the room 」

「Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite.」

「My stay was amazing. Simply amazing. The only comments I may have are for the staff to please fix the toilet seats in the unit. Otherwise, what an amazing stay. The pool was so clean ❤️」

「The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!」

「Clean facilities with friendly staff. There are plenty of activities for children. The games room and putting green, in particular, were a hit for our little ones. Right on the beach, with a secure access-controlled gate for added security. To avoid noise traffic near the stairs, I would recommend a room further along the corridor.」

「Don’t do it to your family. Old decrepit unit. The only good thing is location. The agent communicated well. But when we complained about numerous issues, all we got was an apology. No refunds, no real substance, just sorry. Place was flooded from the rain though the windows that don’t close. Doors falling off. Dirty couches, the list goes on…」

「Very pleased with the room and the surroundings. A suggestion would be to put candles or LED lights in the rooms, or link them to a generator, for loadshedding. With the ongoing crisis, i found the room very dark when i arrived (6.00pm). 」

「It is good for a stay on the coast」

「Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Ste Lucia. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé avec un petit jardin. Il y a une cour sécurisée et des boxes pour les voitures. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par l'hôtesse de l'établissement. Cerise sur le gâteau, les hippopotames passent juste devant la grille à la nuit tombée.」

「Helpful friendly service, although this property is probably quite old maybe 20yrs old it has been maintained very well, linen of a high standard and comfortable tv dst channels work well and free wi-fi works well. Would recommend for a family holiday.」

「フロントの対応はとてもフレンドリーで安心。 ところが部屋のシャワールームに換気扇がなく廊下側の窓が開いていました。 そのためシャワールームや部屋に虫、特に蚊が合計7匹もいてとても不快でした。 小さな子供もいたため、虫を全て駆除するまで1時間以上かかりとても大変でした。 窓が開いているのでトイレの音も、部屋での会話も、廊下に漏れてしまいます。」
