「The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. 」

「Like the location , awesome view from room , upper restaurants , private beach, cabanas are included in resort fee but you have to stand in line at list 30-45 min to reserve one , i should be able reserve one at some desk or online ,social club where you can get quick coffee or drink served not the freshest bake goods all is defrost before serving,」

「The resort location , but it needs more upgrades, the rugs are very old and sofa bed are also very old and not clean it could definitely be better . I’m an old customer at this hotel and it needs more renovations . Overall I felt confortable , great customer service every where / easy check in and out . Definitely we will be back 😊」

「Said property is centrally located on Collins Avenue. Shops and eateries are within walking distance. The beach is a stone’s throw away. The staff is super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. In house restaurants are very reasonable and the food is excellent. The gym, although not spacious, is perfect for travelers. The」

「This hotel is perfectly located near the beach. The room was cozy, the beds were comfortable, the towels were plush. Breakfast offered a nice selection and the coffee is always hot. The front desk staff (Chris) was friendly and helpful. There are also several restaurants within walking distance.」
