「There was a water leakage on the bath tub from the upper floor. Servicers stopped the leak but they did not wipe out the dirty water. In addition, due to flight delay by carrier, I cancelled one night stay, the hotel took about 300 USD room rent according to THEIR cancel policy without any sympathy words for flight delay, compensation coupon or discount. Their hospitality seems not to be professional's.」

「Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

「This hotel is excellent value for money. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms were Impressive, breakfast was simple but nice. Only flaw was there is no fridges in rooms. Staff were lovely & respectful. Variety for food was amazing in the local area.」

「IFQ was okay. The service was good just very inconvenient due to phones being down. Each time we needed something we had to go down to reception area. The room light system was confusing. It would be nice to have some instructions since nothing was labeled. Overall this is a good place to stay.」

「Horrible!! Not close to anything. This property is located in residential area and os far away from everything. There are no stores or restaurants near by. You need a car to go anywhere nothing close by within walking distance. Terrible experience!!!」
