「Great place to meet up with family and explore Phoenix. The house was nice and clean. The property manager is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Highly recommend!!」

「This property has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The backyard is beautiful and it was so nice to watch the chickens running around and meet their dog. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Great area!」

「Overall this place was amazing. The rooms were amazing the marble floors, the location, the style of the home all amazing so much room. The only reason this home didn’t get 5 stars is because it was not clean. The floors were not swept or mopped and there was hair on the outside and inside of the showers. Bring your own cleaning supplies. Other than that I will be staying here for all of my trips.」

「We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this property. House is fully renovated, clean, and beyond gorgeous. Pool and backyard area were exceptionally clean and groomed. Turf in the backyard made for a great spot to layout, and the chairs in the pool were a great addition. The property was extremely well maintained, and made for a great host spot. 「The home was perfect for our stay and just as beautiful as the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and patio. Such a comfortable spot to relax in! The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve encountered in VRBOs. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely rent again!」

「Overall it was an okay stay. The neighborhood wasn’t amazing and upkeep of house was alright. Some things were still dirty but not excessively. The stay wasn’t majorly impacted by the lack of attention to those details but it could’ve definitely made a difference had they been attended to. P.S. the parking should definitely be noted on the listing with a photo included. My car is very low to the ground and unless I was willing to scrape it I had to park on the street. 「The house was exactly as advertised, well-appointed and very comfortable. The host was an excellent communicator and very responsive given that they were in NYC for at least part of our stay. It is just across from one of the pools which we had mostly to ourselves and it was beautiful. Great location with short drives to shopping and other amenities. Gated community felt very safe. We will be back!」
