「I enjoyed my stay of 4 nights. My general impression was comfortable. I appreciate the employer's kindness to serve morning foods in the early morning before 6:30am. Only improvement I request would be that the hotel price higher than US$250 would be a little too high. Thanks.」

「Everything was great…except you can hear through the walls. I was rudely awakened by a guy blowing his nose in the next room. TV sounded like it was full volume. The next morning the room above us was stomping around at 3 am wasn’t pleasant either. The pool is very rough, my son scraped his leg & scratches on my niece’s foot. Other than that, the room was very nice. 」

「This place in Phoenix needs a new pastry chef. We had desserts a couple of times, and they were not good. If you put a pastry disk on top of a pudding, you should be able to put your fork through it. If you get a pastry disk with canned peaches on it, it should be fresh. Introduce better desserts with a new pastry chef. 」

「I booked a "double room" and was told the room provided was a "big room." I made the reservation, judging that the interior of the room was divided into two rooms. However, the contents were of normal size, with only one king-size bed. Since two men stayed in the room, I spent three days with sheets on the floor.」
