「We live ve Captiva and usually stay out of town a bit (near Tween Waters). But, this rental was perfect for our grandson and friends with food, shops, etc. close by. Also nice for the adults… as short walk to the market and restaurants. Our host was very responsive to our needs.」

「We had a fabulous time at this gorgeous property. The kitchen is very well-stocked, and there are lots of entertainment items- with games and puzzles upstairs and game-room downstairs. Even a wine fridge and bar accessories! Plenty of space inside and out for all to find their vacay zen. Just a short walk/ or golf cart (if taking the comfy chairs/umbrella provided) ride down the lane to the beautiful beach. 「Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here.」

「We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend!」

「Location was great. Over all the place was very nice. Still a lot of work needed from Ian, but that is external property. Inside needs some attention...Carpet curling, wall hooks and no prints - kind of ugly, TV and wifi were at odds. Barely had any access to local news. No national news. Elevator out. TV actually went out in living room. Kept saying channel corrupt and so I’d switch the limited channels available and after 3 minutes it would freeze or cut out with the same message. No dust pan」

「SouthSeas is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but that did not stop our family from having an amazing stay in Captiva!
