「I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were excellent without being ostentatious. Very friendly management. Helped me rearrange tours after my initial plans fell through. Breakfast and dinners were enormous. A very enjoyable stay in every respect.」

We had our own 4x4 car so we were able to buy a pass for the park and drive right to the place. We booked a sunset camel ride that was amazing. Food for dinner and breakfast was included.」

「An absolutely phenomenal experience, one of few "hotel quality" luxury camps in Wadi Rum that still fits into the desert experience. 「We wished we never booked with this hotel whilst we was in Wadi Rum and would not recommend it. If we looked on tripadvisor beforehand and saw the reviews, it was the same experience we received and never would have gone ahead with the booking. The check in was an absolute mess. We got confirmation from Expedia and homeaway that the meeting point was at the wadi rum visitor centre. This isn’t the case and for future travellers it’s at a petrol station. We contacted the hotel who sent us back...

「Stayed for just one night. Wadi Rum is just an amazing spot. The Villas is very much a glamping option and has all mod cons. We would have liked it if all the lights were turned off once everyone had retired to their lodges to ensure a better view of the sky. Rates are quite punchy but we really enjoyed our short stay.」
