「Very nice property with a lovely balcony overlooking the water and mountains. Gym is very nice. Little market one street down with ready-to-eat meals and fresh produce. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend!」

「Property was good inside room. This building had 3 elevator, but some time they did not worked. During our stay, at least 3 days and at least one elevator was not operated and repaired. Because there was hospital at the opposite side of road and siren of ambulance were lauded at every night one or two times. But this is not the property problems. This room was good for us.」

「Pros- clean condo, comfy beds, Cons- has CN Train running constantly all day and night long and is ridiculously loud. -Poor communication with owner -Listed as an air conditioned unit , it is not and because the train and ship yard is so loud we couldn’t open the windows - new condo building 50’ away being built so sleeping in or quiet mornings are not an option - Very poor neighbourhood lots of homeless and the surrounding area is dirty」

「Perfect location to walk to our concert. Discovered wonderful nearby restaurants on foot including Tokyo in April, Chambar, Marugame, and MamaLee. The Chinese grocery store on location had prepared hot foods including chinese bbq, wonton soup, congee; a wide variety of fresh baked treats including Portuguese egg tarts and fresh mango sago. So we never had to cook. Gorgeous city view and of Grouse Mountain. Garage exits to Costco. Seawall nearby for running, walking, biking. Comfortable beds....

「It was difficult to control the hot water. You should replace the valve. I understand it would be difficult in a building since the water master controls the whole floor」

「Strathcona is a really cool up and coming place. Chinatown is amazing as well, just stay away from Main and Hastings.」

「Beautiful condo with lots of amenities. Great location for short (or long) stay. Great views and walking distance to Gastown. There sadly are more homeless people than I expected in Vancouver so grateful for the extra security of the building. Great host who communicates clearly and quickly.」

「Bowen is a dream in spring and summer. This gorgeous home is a short (and beautiful) walk from the village shops. Also a great starting point for hikes and beaches.
