「Hotel staff very professional and view is excellent, but the AC in our room refused to work and it stubbornly remained at 24 degree Celsius (75F. ) at night and we couldn't sleep well because the room was too hot. We had to call the hotel twice and waited for about an hour to get an engineer but he couldn't fix it. 」

「Right over the bridgeis a wonderful restaurant. The view from the hotel is good. The breakfast buffet was good. There is a deck with viees of the river. Would prefer all cotton bedding. Carpet could use an upgrade. No hot water in the morning. 」
