「チェックイン時に空いている部屋を選ばせてくれるなど大変親切でした。部屋の設備はキューバでは最高クラスだと思います。部屋数が少ないためスタッフ全員が宿泊客を把握していて温かいおもてなしを受けます。ルーフトップバーでのウェルカムドリンクも丁寧につくられたカクテルで、とてもおいしかったです。 立地は新市街ですが、周辺の見どころや素敵なレストランなどを紹介（予約の手配も）していただき、とても充実した旅となりました。 早朝のチェックアウトでしたが、サンドイッチを用意してくれたり、コーヒーを淹れてくれたりと、至れり尽くせりです。」

「Excellently arranged room, very clean and comfortable, with cozy combination of modern and colonian tastes. Very good service. Just sometimes something insufficient, such as TV reception, WiFi coverage, hot water in shower. 」
