「Stayed at the hotel for three days. Walking to my room on the first day I noticed several, of what appeared to be crumbs, on the floor throughout the hallways. Upon leaving on the third day, the same crumbs were still there. Also, even though I was staying on a non-smoking floor. several times our room had an overwhelming smell of marijuana as the smell was blowing in from the vents.」

「Long term parking and transportation to and from the airport.. 」

「Hotel is a bit old but shuttle bus is very convenient. Staffs are so kind.」

「First time in Reno, and I enjoyed staying here. Hotel staffers, bell boy, receptionist, cafe and restaurant crew, were very friendly, although my reservation did not show up in their computer upon checking in. I did not figure out how to control the sometimes noisy room fan. The cafe guy was also really friendly. The "Riverfront" is a hip but accessible restaurant, where I enjoyed my dinner. Clean and new structure, an easy-to-find landmark in the city.」
