「The staff were wonderful. I'm handicapped and they went out of their way to make sure my needs were met」

「We arrived late at night, and we were a little skeptical at first. Once we got inside and met the staff we couldn’t have been happier. Great staff! They were very helpful. 」

「The visit was so amazing. The staff was very friendly and a joy to talk with. James spoke about some of the history of the manor as well as a few historical facts from Galveston and surrounding areas as he drove us to and from the cruise terminal.」

「The best thing about Carr Mansion is the hostess. She is charming and accommodating. The house needs a deep cleaning and painting in some places though. The carriage house and backyard are not appealing, so stick to the main house. The breakfast was simple but good.」

「Nice size condo with great view. Quick walk to beach. We had everything we needed for our stay.」

「It was a great spot for a week break for my son and myself. We don't drive but there is a shuttle that travels along the seawall. The place was clean and all the appliances were in working order. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool and area cleaned daily. The wifi worked well with 7 devices connected at one time. There were extra sheets and blankets & towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, body wash shampoo and conditioner. Bring your own beach towel. I would visit again. 」

「We got to this condo a little after 11 to find that all the beds were dirty the sheets were wadded up on them all the towels in the bathroom we’re on the floor, dirty, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The sinks had toothpaste in them and hair. terrible smells mildew. Do not stay here. 」

「No response to email sent day 1 on stay. No contact phone number until day 2 of stay. Office closed entire stay. Unit dirty. Listed as 1 bedroom, no door for bedroom, this is studio. 」
