「The whole experience was great, except when renting from 3rd party website, said I didn’t have a reservation which caused some stress, plus there was a pay to park on the premises that wasn’t mentioned. I would expect that from Chicago or another very large city, but it just felt like a cash grab from the hotel. Overall it was still a great experience! 」

「My plan is breakfast inclusive. And at check-in I was said I could take breakfast in the restaurant fr,om 8 am. However, the restaurant was closed (always cleaning floor) even at 8:30 am, I could not come into the restaurant. They offer breakfast box instead, but it does not look worth for 13 doullars. Also, even the hotel says room cleaning would be done once for 5days. But no cleaning during my 7days stay. 」

「The facility is very clean, but it takes a bit of time for hot water to come out of the shower. There is a restaurant, but it's small and has limited opening hours, making it quite difficult to eat at the hotel. Moreover, there are no restaurants within walking distance, so it's advisable to bring your own food when staying here.」

「I researched a lot of hotels prior to our trip and so glad we ended up coming here with our 3.5 and 2 yr olds. The property is stunning. It feels like you’re at a resort in Mexico. 2 nice playgrounds that are shaded was very appreciated. The beds are comfy and sheets are so soft. The rooms are HUGE. We had a one bedroom villa and asked for a rollaway bed and pack and play and we could fit both of them in our room. We were blown away at the room size. The location is so perfect too, easy 5ish...

「The host was responsive it’s unfortunate however that we needed to contact her. A great location for us. Nice nice space. Comfy beds. Smelled clean when we arrived. We were able to check in early. BUT There wasn’t any toilet paper upon arrival and the host instacarted it to the condo. The lock on the front door was not secure/functioning properly. It was two nights before the problems was fixed. Amenities such has hand soap, tissues, shampoo/conditioner appeared to be leftover from...
