It was in a convenient location. The pool area was beautiful and the rooms were clean and well appointed. Definitely a great choice!

The hotel lost water

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Everything about my stay was enjoyable. I really appreciated that they allowed me to check in early because of my membership status. I also want to recognize the gentleman who assisted me during check-in. He was professional, kind, and made the process very smooth. The entire front desk team was incredibly helpful and did their best to make sure I had a great experience. The beach access was excellent, and I truly enjoyed spending time there with my family. The only suggestion I have is regarding the pool. Since I was traveling with two children, I felt the pool hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) were a bit limited. It would be wonderful if the pool could stay open until 9:00 or 10:00 p.m., especially during the hot summer months when many families prefer to swim later in the day. I also think the children’s pool is quite small. Expanding it or adding more features for kids would make the hotel even more family-friendly and provide an even better experience for families with young children. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful property, excellent service, and welcoming staff.

Not worth the stay. Went to the pool, couldn’t even get a lounge chair in the three days i was there because people were buying day passes to use the pool and. They were rude and nasty people and they took up space that the hotel guests couldn’t use when we paid a lot to stay at the hotel. Go somewhere else.
