It was very high tech. We had an iPad to coordinate mood lighting, blinds and the tv. It was great! Also, the bartenders were the best! We loved this hotel.

This place and service was amazing, location is great, HOWEVER there checkout and billing is terrible. Don’t PREPAY. I requested 2 weeks before my arrival for an early check out. Expedia confirmed that i will get one day refund but the hotel ignores the communication. I sent a message when they confirmed my stay and i corrected them to say i am checking out one day early because i am checking in another hotel in another city. They still have not refunded me even with Expedia help. I have proof of early check out. They wouldn’t give me a receipt so i took a picture of their computer. CitizenM blames Expedia but they have been giving a run around.

They completely refurbished the interior so it is as good as new. Despite it is about 10 or 15 minutes away from the train station, the area is quite decent (guess Switzerland being Switzerland, things are very clean and orderly). The breakfast also has a lot of choices. We are going back to Switzerland next year and have already booked CitizenM again. So it just shows how much we like this hotel.

The staff was friendly. The bar was convenient. The modern style was very nice. Not to be too picky but when spendimg The AC was not working properly, our bedroom floor was not clean and the arrangement of the bed was inconvenie t requiring me to wake my partner when getting up.

What a delight this property was. Room is cozy but so well done, the rooms are modern, the bed is super comfortable , and the technology they use is top notch. I didn’t have my travel adapter and they had one to borrow, they also let me do an early check in which is ofcourse based on availability. Loved my stay here, definitely recommend staying here.

Very small rooms but excellently located. Friendly helpful staff. However they have an awful self-serve check-in terminals which is the last thing you need when you have been on a long haul 24-hr flight!
