Fantastic Experience and Welcoming Staff
The whole experience of staying here was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and dinner was a great experience. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a smoking room and as non-smokers we pleasantly surprised when we arrived and could not smell smoke in the room. Although you have a toilet and sink in the room, there was no shower so you must enjoy the onsen experience if you want to wash. The local area was quiet and there isn't much to do in the evening but I would thoroughly recommend a stay here if you want a more local/traditional experience.

Great!
Staff coudln’t speak english but they made up for it with their friendliness and kindness. Big rooms, pretty onsen and delicious meals. We got a feeling of the traditional japan.

とても趣のある外観で喫煙可能な部屋があり、大変ありがたい宿でした。 夕食の内容が、充実する事を期待します。 大浴場、露天風呂共に良かったです。

他の方の口コミ通りスタッフは海外の方々が多く頑張っている感が凄く伝わってきて、ほっこりさせて頂きました。料理も６０代女性には十分すぎる品数。白米好きの人には楽しいメニュー。朝のミカンジュースはさすが地元、美味しかったです。

従業員の方は、外国の方も多かったが挨拶や声かけなど親切な印象でした。夕食の品数がとても多く、肉と魚とバランスよく家族みんなお腹いっぱい食べられました。無料のマッサージチェアが、部屋と同じフロアにあり空いていて使いやすく良かったです。部屋は、絨毯のシミや設備の古さは気になりましたが、お値段が安いので仕方ないと思いました。しいて言えば、部屋にあるドライヤーの風がとても弱いので新しくして欲しいなと思いました。大浴場のトイレが、和式だと子供が言っていて使いづらかったようです。エアコンもON、OFFのみで、夜など温度調整できると良かったです。 設備以外は、全体的に満足できました。

舊式的旅館，溫泉有室內外，食物非常美味，價錢相宜，非常乾淨，如果想體驗日本人旅遊，八時準時吃早飯，晚上六時準時吃晚餐，我大力推薦。

良かった点： ・駅とホテル間の送迎バスが往復３本ある。 ・夕食の品数が11品と多く、時間制限なくゆったり楽しめる ・配膳係がたくさんおり、食べ終えた皿はすぐ下げてもらえ、飲み物のサービスも的確 ‣温泉のあたりが柔らかく、温度も内湯、露天とも丁度よい ・2泊だけなのに、フロントの方が名前を憶えていてくれる ・部屋に出力の高いドライヤがあり、紙が乾かしやすい ・朝は隣を流れる渓流の音で目覚められる 残念な点： ・エアコンの温度調節が部屋ではできない。風量も切り替えれず、ONかOFFかの二択 ・窓からの景色がとりたてて特筆すべきものでない

大変満足です
今回の旅行前に口コミを見ていたのですが、確かに設備の古さは否めませんが、宿泊には何も問題ないと思います。 部屋にあった冷蔵庫のメーカーが「サンヨー」懐かしい。 従業員さんの対応はとても気持ちよかったです。 コストパフォーマンスは高いと思いました。 また機会があれば宿泊したいです。
