Convenient location, staff helpful. Will def stay here again. In fact I am trying to book a room here right now as we speak. Yokohama and Yokohama station is a quieter version of Tokyo, if one wants to get the Japanese experience without the insanity of Tokyo.

Clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful when sending our luggage by takkyubin. We had the hot, homemade, Japanese style breakfast every morning which was very good.
Hotel breakfast: mostly Japanese food, but had daily croissants which were surprisingly delicious!

This property is very convenient, quiet, and comfortable. It was larger than i expected based on what I'd read about Japanese lodging. I reduced one star for cleanliness because the corridor walls were quite dusty; the room was clean. I also would have liked a second pillow (room was equipped with only one) but i never requested another one. I really loved the inn-provided PJs.

Perfect location for my travels for around Japan. Another reason for convenience, is that the Narita Express train (NEX) from Narita Airport stops at Totsuka station, which is a three minute walk to the hotel. The staff do a great job from checking in, keeping your room clean, checking out, and even helping you with holding your bags for a short time, if you have a later departure time. 🙂👍👍👌

Happy with my stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff do a great job. Extremely close to the Totsuka station and plenty of places around to get snacks, a good meal, or to grab a coffee.
