Short getaway
Booked for a 3 night getaway with our 2 dogs. Great interaction with the hosts and not intrusive. All was as described and more with everything you could require for a relaxing break. The beach is just across the road and the property is within easy travelling distance to Guilderton and Seabird for a day trip out. Would recommend this property to anyone particularly with dogs as a great enclosed area for peace of mind.

A perfect practical beach house for you and your dog.
A lovely practical beach house, perfect for us and our chocolate lab… having the dog beach across the road was a bonus… it was also a convenient location, close to family…even though our stay was busy and hectic coming back to the house was a lovely, relaxing respite…We loved our stay here, We would recommend especially if you have a dog .. Maverick also loved his treats that were left for him, a nice touch 🙂

Home away from home
From opening the front door we felt at home. Perfect position to watch the sunset and leisurly walks along the beach with our fur kids. The house is exactly as it is advertised. Very homely and comfortable. Helen & Warrick made our booking so smooth as we had a couple hiccups on our end. They couldnt have been better hosts. Would love to return oneday to enjoy more of what the area has to offer. Thank you again guys 😊

Yanchep Beach Bungalow
We opened the door and fell in love with the place. The kitchen, dining and lounge area are nicely joined together. The 3 bedrooms are at the back and fit in with overall layout. Main bed has an en-suite with rain shower. The second bedroom is also a double and thr 3rd is two single beds. There is a family bathroom that covers these two rooms plus a separate loo (great) Outside is an undercover dining area with outside section for the BBQ - nicely protected from the wind. To the rear is a nice size lawn which catches the morning sun; a great position to enjoy your morning cuppa!! The beach is across the road and down an easy access path. The beach is lovely. 3/4 min stroll. The rain showers work very well. The beds are comfortable but pillows were too hard so bought our own. I highly recommend this home

Beautifully appointed beach house
This house is beautifully appointed with high quality everything in a perfect setting directly across the road from the dog beach. Walking distance to shops and beach cafe. You will love big screen smart tv, blue tooth speakers, fancy new oven, large grassed and alfresco area, Sheridan towels and open plan kitchen dining and lounge. The instant you walk into this house you will feel calm.

Do yourself a favour...
A wonderful, relaxing and welcoming house so close to Perth, yet feels like your miles away from everything. Great dog beach across the road, shopping centre 5mins down the road, some really good pubs/cafes 10-15mins drive away. The hosts are fantastic to deal with, can't recommend this house enough. Our second visit and more sure to come...

Perfect Holiday House
You cannot find a better place to spend your holidays. The house is gorgeous with all the artwork and the nice outdoor area. We liked the new renovated bathrooms. It is definitly one of the best we ever had.

Escape by the beach
Great little place right by the beach (dog beach) and up the road from the lagoon. The dog door makes it that little bit easier to travel with our two dogs. Kids enjoyed the outside shower and all the lawn for handstands. Will definitely be back.

A perfect beachside getaway
Wonderful accommodation close to a beautiful beach. The house is homely and comfortable and the photos do not do it justice. A wonderful outdoor area with a shower and the sound of the seas as a bonus. The dog beach is only a couple of minutes walk away from the house. The beach itself was amazing. Never crowded and picture perfect. I only wish my pooch was there to share it with me. A perfect location for families and their pooches

Fantastic getaway by the beach

Our stay had everything we needed and more, with extra little touches like personalised treats for our dogs, local honey and chocolates were very much appreciated. The dogs and the kids loved the beach and the garden! Love that stove - cooked an exceptional roast! Thank you to our awesome hosts, we loved our home away from home.

Fabulous beach house
We all loved this house and our hosts were lovely. Airconditioning and lights were left on for us as we were arriving late and our doggos received their own home made treat goodie bag. I have never seen our dogs more relaxed at another home. We will definitely be back and will recommend to other families.

The photos don’t do the house justice. Relaxing, we’ll appointed and great location to beach and shops. Comms with the owner were fantastic and from the moment we walked in the door, we felt we were on holidays.
