The staff for check in was amazing, however being woken up at 730am to the housekeeper slamming carts around the hallway was not advertised or expected. In many years of stays I have never seen any hotel with an 11am check out, have housekeepers start at 7am. We are exhausted and intend on getting the remainer of our rest in our vehicle before our large yearly family event. We will not be staying again due to this. The check in staff was the nice part of our stay.

Clean, nice breakfast, very wonderful staff, I really don’t have any complaints except the room was cramped - not spacious - and the AC unit was loud One suitcase was on the stand and the other had to go on the desk. Bathroom was nice and clean and fresh - just small and cramped. Great pillows and blankets.

Rooms were clean, one guy at check in wasnt very friendly. Went to eat the free breakfast and it was so crowed that we had to go to Mcdonalds down the road. Was not very happy with that. There were people standing eating breakfast, no seating and just was very crowed. First time I stayed at a Best Western, not sure it would be my first pick.

I paid for a suite. It said in description there were two queen beds and one pull out sofa. The two queen beds were up in the wall, and we had to pull them down. The couch cushions were very worn and had torn spots. None of us slept hardly at all because of the person above us walking back and forth pretty much all night. I’m very disappointed and won’t be going back to a Best Western.

The only bad thing we can say is the elevator was broke and our room was on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was great. Close to restaurants and ski slopes.
