Perfect Home!

This home was perfect! It was clean and well-stocked. The owners communicated well. The location was close to the universities as well only 15 minutes to the beach.

Home away from home…

What a great property and I can’t say enough about the great communication from Dena our property mgr/host. The property was tastefully decorated and had everything you could want. Everything from extra towels, pillows, throws when relaxing on the couch to a great patio with grill and string lights so you can enjoy those great Carolina nights. We stay for over a month and felt as if we were at home the whole time and we’re even a little sad to have to pack up and leave. But if the need ever came about that we needed a place to stay again in Wilmington, this would be at the top of our list. Need to mention that the fenced in back yard and bowls for our pup were a great touch. If you’re looking for a great place that is convenient and accessible to everything in Wilmington, this is the place!!
