A very secure, simple and clean appartment fully furnished with simple and basic ammenities. One of thw nicest and simplistic building in the neighborhood at a central location walking distance from bakery, lab, pharmacy, medical center, supermarket, gas station, laundry, local/ chinese restaurants , mambo, beach, atm's, tire center, salons and shops.

A quiet and friendly neighborhood centrally located. Parking indoors, trees garden with outside cozy lightning patio and organised parking space and trashbins.

All appartments have pagatinu and wifi, ac, fully furnished with basic necessities like towels, linen, kitchen utensils pots , water kettle, glasses, cups, plates and pans. A gas cooking stove and a fridge.( gas refill by tenant just like electricity top up)Laundry is 1 minute away from location just like the bakery and the pharmacy or restaurant next door that closes at 6pm.
