Well equipped and comfortable home
Everything was easy with this property, and we really appreciated that. We were in town for a family wedding and often times had other family members stopping in for a visit. The home is spacious and the living areas very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and the hot tub. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who is interested.

Golf getaway

The perfect ski-cation
Anne and Peter have a beautiful home - the perfect space for hot tubbing and relaxing after a full day of skiing. We had 8 adults, there was plenty of space as long as one couple is willing to take the bunks! We had a car to get between the house and town, however we also took the bus which was very convenient. A stocked kitchen and in house laundry were major bonuses!

Different checkin location was a pain in the a**. The high rate $DD was not known at booking time and kinda left me limited to the activities I could do due to funds being tied up.

Comfortable townhouse
This townhouse had everything we needed to enjoy a ski vacation. Nicklaus North is a great quiet community and was a very short drive to the the ski lifts, I think it was 5 minutes. Beds were comfortable. Excellent hot tub with plenty of towels. Wood fireplace with a gas starter and plenty of wood. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and a Nespresso. Plenty of easy to follow instructions for use of appliances, fireplace ect. Peter answered all questions promptly and when we left a key behind he made sure we got it back. Definately would stay again and recommended.

A nice stay
The property is spacious and comfortable, though in need of refurbishing; also time for a new barbecue. Enjoyed the area, and the registration and departure arrangements were seamless. We enjoyed our stay.

Well loved place!
This is a beautiful, well-loved property. There are lots of great perks for kids like books and games and puzzles. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with spices which makes cooking a breeze. The hot tub is brand new and absolutely lovely after a day on the slopes. Unfortunately the maintenance on the townhouse has fallen to the wayside. The lights all buzz in the bathrooms and are a strange blue shade, making it feel like a rest stop bathroom. The top rail on the bunk bed is broken and not safe for small children. The cupboards over the fridge are falling off their hinges. The towels in the primary bedroom bathroom are tattered and unravelled. The lights in the family room off the kitchen don’t work making the room not usable after it gets dark. The outlets in the bathrooms did not work and you couldn’t shave or dry your hair in a bathroom with a mirror. There is a lot of black mould in the grout in The shower in the primary bathroom upstairs and would really benefit from a thorough deep clean. The view advertised on this property with the photos are at least 15-20 years old as the trees and homes around the lot have been built and there is no view from the deck.

Dear Rachel, Thanks for sharing your feedback, however, we would like to address the issues raised as most of which are not accurate. The Bunk bed has a piece that is removed for convenience and safety when staff are re making the top bed, or if an adult sleeps in this space they can access it more freely.. The piece can be removed and replaced as required. The bunk bed is not 'broken ' nor is it 'dangerous'. This is not at all correct and one quick phone call the staff could have explained this design feature to you. Regarding the towels in the property . From time to time a towel that is not ours may appear in the commercial laundry service which was the case. We do not provide any of our guests with 'unravelled' towels. It's not possible to police the staff in turn overs and we have good faith that they would recognise that this should not have been placed in the bathroom. The lights in the family room operate on a separate breaker (there is a breaker box that controls the electricity) The breaker was off for this particular light and again another quick phone call to our staff they would have rectified this immediately. The breaker was off as we had just installed a brand new hot tub The lights do in fact work and you mentioned you phoned staff and they were 'confused' about the lights. I followed up on this situation with staff . You mentioned the staff were confused about the lights. This was not the case. In fact there is no record of you phoning the staff about the lights or saying to any guest that they were 'confused' nor was there a mention of the bunk bed. The views around Nicklaus North Whistler, well you just need to google this area for yourself and you will see its spectacular. Nicklaus North is a typically Canadian picturesque and scenic area situated on Green Lake and the famous Nicklaus North golf course. While a multi million dollar chalet may have been built across the road no one can dispute the views in this area simply stunning. The small amount of black mould has been taken care of by our staff and the power outlets work. We are sorry that the standard of cleaning was not up to our expectations in this situation and we have addressed this immediately with staff. While we do appreciate good and honest reviews a simple phone call to our staff would have sorted your issues out promptly and without hesitation. Anne & Peter

Great place for a group trip!
Overall, a great place to have a group stay for a ski trip. There are very few places out there for 8 people where everyone gets a real bed (vs a pullout couch). Living area did not feel cramped even with 8 adults, and the kitchen was well stocked enough to cook and serve meals no problem. Only one complaint (which was not in the control of the property owner): the hot-tub was broken for the duration of our stay. The hot-tub company came several times but with no result. Peter was responsive and proactive, but there's only so much he can do in this scenario.

Perfect place for a large family
We had a great stay once again at this property. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 4 young kids. There was plenty of space and we all left wanting to stay longer. The location is amazing and the owners are very responsive to any issues. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great hideaway that’s close to Whistler village

We couldnt have picked a more perfect property for our stay!! We had 6 adults, 2 kids & a 4mo baby, and there was LOTS of room for all of us. The kitchen was very well stocked with top of line appliances, lots of dinner ware etc. The beds are comfy as are pillows & quilts are top hotel quality along with towels. The private hot tub just off the kitchen was fun for all. A combo gas/wood fireplace made the room ever so cozy. We all absolutely loved our stay at this property & are looking forward to returning.

Great Experience
Thank you Anne and Peter for sharing your beautiful home. There was more than enough room for 8 adults/teens and We’ve never rented a kitchen so we’ll stocked! The beds were very comfortable and having 4 washrooms was a blessing while vacationing with 4 young adult/teenage boys 😂. The area was nice and quiet and just a quick ride to the village. Your supply of board games came in handy during 2 very wet days. I’ve already recommended this unit to friends

We’re very happy you enjoyed your stay, it truly is a special location and well equipped. We did some significant upgrades in December last year just prior to the prime winter season (new wood flooring and new furniture) hence the furniture temporarily in the garage. Still room for 3 vehicles between the garage and driveway.

Excellent stay. One comment. Not sure why owner is asking to go to the downtown Whistler to make check-in for the property and to pickup a garage remote control? This is not a hotel. You have already credit card on file and contract can be signed by the time stay starts. This is very inconvenient. One has to go again to the Whistler downtown for the checkout and return of garage key. Also, checkin desk works until midnight. If you are coming after the midnight ( due to late NYC flight) what are the options? Otherwise- great stay

We had a great time at this VERY roomy property! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you should need and comfortable furniture throughout the house. Away from the crowds yet close enough to be skiing in 10 minutes if not much traffic.

Perfect place for the family to enjoy Whistler and the Holidays
The place was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, included the private hot tub, wood burning stove, and bunk beds for the kids. Getting to the mountains and Village was very easy and we had no problems with cabs when needed. Check-in was seamless too. Great place for a family. Highly recommend this place.

Well equipped condo for a group
The place was large enough for us to have room to spread out and also enjoy cooking together. One issue was that the oven had a very difficult time maintaining and reaching the desired cooking temperature. Perhaps it is designed for a different fuel. We had an oven like that once. A simple oven thermometer might have helped us know just what the actual temperature was (C or F or both)That said we have rarely stayed in a place where the kitchen as well as the rest of the house was so well equipped. Great property!
The home is spacious yet cozy and very well-appointed. Perfect for our family get-together. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed for our stay. It’s close to the village and there is easily parking for three cars. Peter was great to deal with and very flexible in accommodating our needs. Would love to stay here again!

Comfortable house for big group
We were really comfortable at this house- the beds and sofas were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 8. The hot tub would be crowded with 8; it's better for 4-5 at most. The kitchen is almost TOO well-stocked; there were 3 of everything! Convenient for bus as well. Whistler properties will get right on it if something doesn't work- the hot tub was lukewarm when we arrived. (Maybe we didn't figure out how to turn it on). One downside: I don't really know why we had to check in with Whistler properties in town- the front door and the garage both have a code, so we didn't need the garage door opener. It was just another stop that ideally we would have avoided.

This home was comfortable and perfect for our family. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and plates etc. hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing. Having a garage is great. Quick drive to slopes and village. Thank you so much !!

Surpassed expectations!!!
The townhouse was fantastic for our extended family of 7 for a week. Some of us skied and some stayed at the house and everyone had a great time. There was a wonderful selection of cooking/entertaining items in the kitchen and even a slow cooker! All the beds were comfortable. We loved the fireplace and had a fire going frequently. The large coffee table in the living room was a perfect place to play games and have snacks while the large dining room table let us all sit around it. And it was a lovely neighborhood to walk around and enjoy the new fallen snow. We had a small heating issue with the hot tub and called the management co. and immediately were called back by the owner and a person arrived to fix the problem! We would definitely come stay again!!

Cozy homey feeling!
My visiting sisters and my kids and husband needed a place to gather in Whistler and we were very happy and comfortable in this townhouse. The beds were great, the kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was heaven. My favourite was the combination gas/wood fireplace - convenient and added so much ambiance. The house has good feng shui and we had a lovely family time together.
