Overall everything was very good, but especially liked that they had DirecTV with many channels. Was able to watch the NBA playoffs. SImple remote that we were used to as well. One thing we would change is the small pillows. They had a number of them, but 2-3 large pillows would be better than 4-5 half side pillows.

Property was only 1/2 mile to west Yellowstone entrance to Yellowstone. Room was clean but nothing fancy. Front desk provided bear spray for the park. All in all had a great stay.

The rooms were very nicely appointed. Location was excellent for entering Yellowstone National Park. Outside noise was minimal. Staff was vey friendly.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff great. Convenient to have an on site breakfast.The location so close to the west gate made getting in and out of the park easy and quick. Staying in West Yellowstone offers many different dining and shopping options. I would stay there again and comfortable in recommending this to family and friends.

We've never stayednat this hotel before and based on this experience, we would definitely return. Nice big rooms with microwave, small fridge, quiet heat/AC and comfortable beds. Turn down service each day available. Breakfast has options from hot items, bagel/breads, yogurt and fruit. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel is located about a block from shopping, food, coffee and gas. Very pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a beautiful area. However, there was no breakfast, and i was told Expedia had sent me an email, which I have never received. (Breakfast won't be included until May.) The parking in the property can be tricky. The room is super clean!

I appreciated being informed beforehand the inability to go to Old Faithful due to road maintenance. However, I was traveling with my two children and it would have been nice to know the pool and hot tub would be having maintenance during my stay. With much of the town being shut down until May it would have been nice to go swimming.

The room was very cozy and the hotel was right across the street from the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. The town is very nice and seemed like there are a lot of places nearby to eat. The hotel breakfast wasn’t anything special. Yogurt machine was broken, pancake machine was broken, and the only other options were bagels, bread, overhard eggs, and cereal. No potatoes or meat or anything. Overall the stay was nice for what we needed.

A perfect weekend getaway
My husband and I came up to ski. We were happy with the room decor, nature photography/modern, with plenty of hooks and cubbies for our gear. The trims were darling and felt like little studios. Breakfast was good, pool and hot tub were lovely. Everyone was so kind!

Overall a good place
Great service, nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast however there are thin walls (noisy neighbors), poor room temperature control (maybe the windy conditions that night) and some unpleasant guests with no boundaries made it less than great. Mattresses are better than most hotels I have stayed at which was nice.
